Three Simple Ways to Improve your life immediately

Assalamualaikum my lovelies. Wow! January could not have move fast enough. We are already passed the middle of January and February is upon us.
How was your week so far? Mine was pretty amazing. I suddenly find my life thinking and planning about my future and praying that this year is going to be the best year yet!



If you are like me, constantly looking for ways to improve your life, you are in luck. Today I am going to share with you three simple ways that you can do right now to improve your life immediately.

1. Exercise or workout every day (preferably in the morning).
I have tried doing this as soon as I wake up and I notice a significant change in my mood immediately. I am more alert and more happy every time I finished a workout. 

2. Journal daily
I know some people might think that journaling is not for them. Believe me when I tell you that journaling can really help you clear your mind and more importantly organise your thoughts. I am not talking about "dear diary" kind of journaling - well you can do that if that's your thing- , here I am talking about the kind of journaling that can help you progress and be a better person.

There are many types of journaling that you can do than can do magic like gratitude journal. Focusing on things/stuffs that you are grateful for can help train your mind or your brain to see and focus more on things that you are grateful for. 
I used to do only making a list of three things that I am grateful for but after reading The Magic, I immediately do 10 things I am grateful for. 
I notice that I can forgive people easily, I am more calm and I am more appreciative of everything in my life.

3. Donate money (Sadaqah)
If you want to attract more money you have to give money. Giving money away is like telling the universe that I have enough. In return Allah promise in the Qur'an that anyone who gives alms in the way of Allah, He will recompense with reward at least 10 times the reward while at most 700 times. That is the magic of sadaqah. Your life will definitely improve in an instant.

Here are a few ways you can Sadaqah

a. donate RM1 everyday preferably every morning just to please ALLAH- make it a habit to donate

b. you can also donate to "Program Ayam Kampung PAKKP" as little as RM250 once and PAKKP will give you cash benefit RM13 every month for as long as you live. The more you give the more cash benefit you will received. This is definitely an amazing program that anybody can join. c. find a charity that you are passionate about and donate money to that charity monthly or maybe yearly. It's up to you.

My 19 Goals for 2019

Hello my lovelies. .It's that time of the year again. How's your new year so far? I have been thinking about yearly goals and desire a lot lately. I wanted to enter 2019 with intention and setting the theme or the mood for 2019. I have a feeling that 2019 is going to be the best year yet! 

My intention for this year is to live my life with LOVE in mind and harness the power and the vibration of LOVE frequency. I intend to live this year intentionally and setting 19 goals to achieve this year hopefully will put myself accountable for them.



HERE ARE MY 19 GOALS IN 2019
  1. Do abs workout at least 4 times a week - I am determine to make 2019 the year of abs for me. I want to manifest flat abs and doing abs workout is one of a way to have a strong and flat abs.
  2. Drink at least 3 liter of water daily- I have been very callous with my water intake lately. So this year I want to continue making drinking water as a daily goals. I want to stay hydrated daily. 
  3. Be more grateful and humble - I want to be continue this habit of being more humble and grateful this year. Last year I write my gratitude journal in y DayOne app and this year I want to write my gratitude in my notebook. I want to write them down and feel thankful for all the love, blessing and abundance in my life.
  4. Write in my journal daily - I always set the intention to write more in my journal every single year. This year is no different. I want to document my life in 2019 and this year I want to set a plan and a mood of what my life is going to be like. I plan to use my Goodnotes app as my journaling notebook
  5. Read 25 books this year - I just sign up reading challenge on goodnotes for 25 books I want to read this year. I am so happy to report that last year I have achieved my goals to read 20 books. I still don't want to restrict what book to read. All I want to do is read more books. 
  6. Donate money to Program Ayam Kampung  - One of the strategy that I can use to manifest money is to donate a.k.a give money away. I want to use Program Ayam Kampung as a platform for me to practice donate consistently.
  7. Staycation at local Hotel at least once every two month - This year I decided to stay in a hotel at least once every two month to just chill and enjoy five star hotel just for fun.
  8. Finished with The Love Mastery Program - At the end of December I decided to invest in myself and enrolled in The Love Mastery Program by Leeor Alexandra. I have been following her for more than six months now and I really trust her system. I want to manifest love this year so I decided to enroll in her class and be the best version of myself this year
  9. Learn at least two courses per month on skillshare - I decided to subscribe to Skillshare site last year and so far I have only managed to learn one of two classes. I need to make a conscious effort to learn more. Maybe I will check out classes about vision board, goals setting and evernote.
  10. Make a worksheet or workbook about MMR - I have been obsess with manifesting money last year and I discovered Mudahnya Menjemput Rezeki (MMR) by Fathuri Salehuddin. This book definitely changed the way I think about money.
  11. Adopt a digital lifestyle - I think I am ready to be more digital this year especially at work. I want to use all of my devices to it's full potential. I want to be more aware of all the paper documentation that comes into my life. If possible scan every thing and keep all those files on my Evernote. I intend to use my Evernote as much as possible.
  12. Finish my online courses - I have taken a few online courses last year on Udemy and I think it's about time I study them. 
  13. Open my heart to Love - I choose Love as my one little word for 2019. I want to invite Love into my life. I want to be in the presence of Love, if possible all the time
  14. Adopt a digital Life Style - I want to adopt a digital lifestyle this year. Mostly I will convert all the papers document that I received into digital and keep them in my Evernote, convert all my dvd movies into digital media, only buy ebooks or audiobooks (no physical book this year) and so on.
  15. Spend more time at home - especially during weekend. I used to love going to malls during weekend just to make myself busy and forget about my loneliness and problems. This year I am going to make a conscious effort to stay at home more often during the weekend and enjoy my space and my home more. I can be happy at home and feel content with myself.
  16. Explore LOVE (OLW2019) - I want to be curious with my word and embrace the beauty of becoming. Love myself is going to be my theme for 2019.
  17. Reorganize my Evernote, Goodnotes and my digital cloud storage- I have not been very good with organizing and setting up my Evernote and Goodnotes for 2019. This month I am going to make it my mission to setup my Evernote and Goodnotes for this year. 
  18. Be more active - My job is basically spend time in front of a computer. I want to be more active this year. Walk more and hit at least 10,000 steps every single day including weekend. Exercise for at least 30 minutes for 5 days a week.
  19. Increase monthly income to at least RM9000 - I would very much to hit RM10,000 monthly income this year but if I can reached RM9,000 I would be very happy. I want to slowly move to enough mentally. It's the ultimate goal that I thrived for.
This is definitely a really long lists and long goals. I think it's achievable and not too big for me. I might do half of the year check in blog post just to see how I am doing. Wish me luck!
