This month I will // Practice Self Love

It's crazy how fast this month feel for me. I am loving my life so far and after discovering "the Secret", I am more aware of my thoughts and action and all the energy that I let out to the world. Last few days I have wrote a blog post about how to practice self love. One of the ways that I can do to heal myself is to practice self love. My One Little Word Assignment for March is to choose one habit or action I want to practice and do it for a month.

So this month I decided to practice self love by writing a daily gratitude journal in my DayOne App. My strategy is to write three things that I am grateful for every morning without fail. Before anything else, before brushing my teeth, I open my laptop, launch DayOne app and write three things that I am grateful for. Since this month practice is about self love, I focus my gratitude more on all the things that I like about myself, all things that makes me, me and be thankful for it. I want to self consciously developing a love for myself. Falling in my love with myself. Be thankful for me.

I have been practicing this gratitude journaling for more than a week and I am enjoying the process so much. I found that I am at peace with myself, I am more calm and forgiving towards myself. I don't give myself a hard time. Suddenly things seems great again. I am not worry about the how and I am just focusing on being myself and be the best version of me.

My reason for practicing writing daily gratitude are as follows:
1. To invite abundance into my life
2. To see all the great things around me
3. To be in a state of bliss with all the things in my life

As of today I have missed one day of practicing gratitude. I understand more deeply the benefit of gratitude (Syukur). I do believe the more you give the more you will receive.
