Prompt #5: Daily Routine
I have been doing 21 day fix extreme program since May as my daily workout routine. This month I will be continuing with this program for Round 2 and probably Round 3. I am happy doing this 30 minutes program for my health and well being. I may not follow exactly the menu program but I think with fasting and with what Rasulluallah thought us during iftar and Sahur, I believe that I will see results too. (with help and guidance from Allah too of course)
