Back to Basic

I have been on this fitness road for the longest time. I have tired a lot of workout DVDs from various instructors and from various program. I do enjoy doing all these workout at the comfort of my home.

Lately I have been having a hard time sticking to a workout routine because I was bored. I have been looking for something fun that I am obsessed with and I want to do them every day.

I am so happy and thankful that now I found what I've been looking for in these two workout.

Body Combat #9

What I like about this workout?

  • It's only 18 minutes
  • I really sweat even though there was not a lot of jumping
  • I really love the music
  • I like that this workout is a 28 days workout series on youtube (easy access)
  • I love the power training - the last segment on each of the workout. Simply amazing !

Dance #likennina

What I like about this workout?

  • They have Nina dobrev doing the dance routine with them
  • The musics in this workout is amazing
  • I am having way much fun and didn't realized that 40 minutes has gone by
  • I can literally do this workout twice a day if I have the time. It's that good!
  • I can still burned more than 100 calories with this workout
