Are we running today?

Happy weekend lovelies. How was your morning today? Mine was pretty amazing. I started running again. I have no idea why I stop. Sometimes when you are depressed the last thing you want to do is run. Today I decided to  force myself to get out of bed, wear my workout clothes and put on my favorite running shoes. No planning and no thinking it through. I decided to clear my mind and just run. Run baby run and now worry too much about calories burn or distance. Run just for fun while listening to my favorite music.


I am so glad I did it. It's the best thing I did today.

What running did to me ?

1. I am happy when I run. There’s something about running that helps me feel alive and happy

2. I like the sound of my heart beat after a run. It makes me feel like I can do anything

3. Running brings back the best memories of my life. I used to be a sprinter at my school and won lots of meddle back then. I love being the center of attention 

4. Running with an apple watch is a whole new experience. I like the quite tap I get when I achieve 1 km milestone and I can listen to my favorite music while I run

5. I am not obsessed with how many kilometers I ran but I am obsessed with how many steps count I can get on one running session. Apple watch can help me see how many steps I have achieved in one sessions 

6. Running is also the best exercise to work your whole body. I am totally amazed that my whole body including my buttocks hurts the next day after

Now it’s time for me to relax at home and watch the Big Bang Theory latest episode on CBS and try to get 1000 steps more before 12:00pm
