
Staying connected all the time can be really exhausted. Sometimes it's a great idea to disconnected from the connected world and just enjoy the moment. There are so many ways I can put in my list to just disconnect from the world. Here are a few that I used over and over again.
Ways to disconnect

The lists reads
- read a book
- take a nap
- write in my journal
- jog/walk in a park nearby
- left my phone in a bag and just look up
- print photos and make a memory book
