Workout I do during MOC 2020

Hello everyone. Hope that everybody is healthy and happy. Yesterday our Prime Minister announced that Movement Control Order (MOC) will be extended until 28th April 2020. I am so thankful with the announcement because daily statistics people get infected are still rising.

I am going to take this opportunity to do exercise at least 6 times a day. I usually was very tired at the end of working day. Now all I have is time and I can do more than 40 minutes workout everyday.

Right now I am enjoying working with youtube videos because I kinda bored with the workout videos in my collection. It's good to mix things up and surprise your body.
