Lately I have been having a hard time sticking to a workout routine because I was bored. I have been looking for something fun that I am obsessed with and I want to do them every day.
I am so happy and thankful that now I found what I've been looking for in these two workout.
Body Combat #9
What I like about this workout?
- It's only 18 minutes
- I really sweat even though there was not a lot of jumping
- I really love the music
- I like that this workout is a 28 days workout series on youtube (easy access)
- I love the power training - the last segment on each of the workout. Simply amazing !
Dance #likennina
What I like about this workout?
- They have Nina dobrev doing the dance routine with them
- The musics in this workout is amazing
- I am having way much fun and didn't realized that 40 minutes has gone by
- I can literally do this workout twice a day if I have the time. It's that good!
- I can still burned more than 100 calories with this workout
