Staying connected all the time can be really exhausted. Sometimes it's a great idea to disconnected from the connected world and just enjoy the moment. There are so many ways I can put in my list to just disconnect from the world. Here are a few that I used over and over again.

  • read a book
  • take a nap
  • write in my journal
  • jog/walk in a park nearby
  • left my phone in a bag and just look up
  • print photos and make a memory book
